• I usually make these wax bean fries during summer when wax beans are in season. But you can also use frozen wax bean. I would recommend you not to thaw the beans before cooking them if frozen, to prevent them from getting too wet and soggy.
• You can eat the wax bean fries just as they are or add additional seasoning, like chili powder, paprika powder, pesto, parmesan cheese etc.
