This fried tilapia recipe is super easy to make and made with just a handful of ingredients! Packed with flavor, super crunchy, and made in under 20 minutes. Enjoy with lemon wedges, hot sauce, and tartar sauce.
How to Make
- Season the tilapia generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Season the flour with old bay seasoning, lemon zest, and granulated garlic.
- Dip the tilapia in the whisked eggs and then coat on both sides with the seasoned flour. Shaking off any excess flour.
- Fry the fish in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
