It has been a long time since I have seen an UNO’s. We gave it a try. I enjoyed my deep dish personal pizza. My wife is hyper sensitive to spices and found the spaghetti’s sauce a little strong for her. I wish that restaurants…would standardize marinara to have no spices. The waiter was very kind and professional.More

My husband and I stopped in for dinner after doing some Christmas shopping. While the food and drinks did some time to be served to us, that was not our issue. We witnessed a waitress drop all the silverware from her tray and then just…pick them up off the floor and continue to place them on the tables. We will not be going back to this location EVER.More

My Husband and I visited the Webster location on Monday the 18th. We had the same server we had the last time we were there. Amanda is very friendly and attentive without being annoying. I ordered the windy work with white sauce and my Husband…ordered the meat market. He got the French onion soup and I ordered the Caesar salad as our sides. Everything was very enjoyable. We don’t normally go to chain restaurants but the service and food have been very good the last two times we have visited. Certainly recommend this restaurant.More

Our first visit to an Uno’s since the Victor unit closed down. We thought we’d drive a little further than usual to get my favorite Uno’s pizza.
Unfortunately, it was quite lacking in baking. The dough was not risen at all, and that usual crispy…crust was just dough. Obviously, someone had not taken the time to let the yeast work, and allow the dough to rise.
The rest of the pizza was great, but nowhere near their usual standard.
The premises looked a little run down, and dull, but acceptable. The house Chardonnay was a little ‘tinny’. I’d prefer they offered a house Pino Grigio. The house Merlot was fine.More

This is one of their test Uno’s so the menu test’s out the new menu items and changes that they are considering. Sometimes that’s nice, but frustrating when what you came in for is no longer there.
I’ve noticed the soup and salad lunch specials…are getting much more expensive, and they’ve downsized the size of the soup bowls so you have to go back if you want more which makes me self conscious, especially if I have to ask people in my booth to let me out!More

I’ve been a huge fan of UNO’s for 20 years or more, but the Victor location closed after several years of decline.
I hadn’t been to the Webster location in over a year, but every time I’ve been there, it has been great! Tonight was…no exception! The food and service were fabulous! I was able to choose Keto options. They had a great Numi tea selection and the chicken pesto pizza, goat cheese salad, and raspberry cheesecake (a free birthday treat) were great! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! Thanks! I missed UNO’s when my location closed. I’ll be coming back to Webster!More

What did four adults and one eight-year old get at Webster UNO Pizzeria (AKA UNO Chicago Grill)? A very pleasant waitress (Morgan D), good service, and a bill for over 100 dollars which sounds high until one subtracts two pretzel appetizers and the alcoholic beverages…and the cost comes down into the $65 range. This works out to under $14 per person (assuming other beverages were ordered to replace the alcoholic ones.) on the menu. With coupons, even less. For the person considering taking a family, this information may be useful. If course this could be a great deal less if one stuck to pizzas, which is not a bad idea either.
What’s nice about Webster UNO Pizzeria is that it is pretty much family friendly and provides a lot of options: pizza, obviously; a number of salads; Buffalo Mac and Cheese (not bad, by the way); and beef in various incarnations; as well as other offerings.
On our visit, we found the Webster UNO Pizzeria to be pleasant and clean, with the wait-staff providing prompt and friendly service, and more than accommodating when we provided them with coupons that lowered the cost of our original bill. It’s an easy choice for simple easy dinner on one of those nights when cooking does not sit high on the desirable activities list. (It does get crowded, though, especially on weekend evenings. We got there before the rush and there was no wait.)
As always, my wife gets credit for these reviews, but they are written by her husband who was at least partially responsible for the alcoholic beverage cost.More

We have ate at UNO’S a few times. While I’m enjoy eating outside during our short summers. UNO’S is not the place for that. The tables outside are disgusting and the service is poor making this a place I won’t go in the summer. But…if you eat inside the service is much better and the tables are clean. The last time we went it was freezing. We asked if they could do something and they did. After that it was much more enjoyable. I think the food is pretty good. And will go back when it starts getting cold.More

Yes – UNO’s has lots of choices and hardly treats as if they are a franchise….but they should be an early choice for pizza. They truly have more creative, better variety and higher quality pizza then most places. The others often do minimum pizza types…and cut quality in order to have any price margin/profit…UNO’s doesn’t rely on Pizza only. We had both their deep dish and their thin versions and both were excellent. Plenty of toppings and the dough was tasty and perfectly cooked. Toppings went all the way to the edges and were plentiful. Only warning….there are good size. We will easily get 3 or more meals out of the pizza’s. One was heavy on the pepperoni, another was heavily meat filled and one was a vegetable pizza,,,,colorful and rich with veggies.
Special mention to our server, Morgan. She was industrious – helpful and had a knack for balancing her great smile and friendly demeanor without at all being fake or having to work hard at it. She made us all feel welcomed and comfortable as if she sincerely loved what she did…and it showed.More
