Ingredients

    Two Eggs
    Two Tablespoons water

Directions

Two ways to cook eggs:

1.) Put eggs in a microwave safe bowl. Mix eggs until all yolk and white are mixed well. Add two tablespoons water, mix well. Cover with plastic, being sure to keep a corner of the plastic vented. Cook 30 seconds, stir, and cook another 30. If eggs are not fully cooked, I add 10 seconds at a time until they are done. Using 10 second Increments insures the eggs don’t get over cooked.

2.) Spray a nonstick pan with very little cooking spray. Heat the pan, add eggs and cook to liking.
