Smart Points in a Bottle of Wine

Everyone jokes about it and there are even Memes about how many Smart Points are in a bottle of wine.

Well, it is four points for five ounces and there are 25 ounces in a 750 milliliter which is the usual amount of wine in a bottle. So, one bottle of wine is approximately 20 Smart Points.

Let’s see what the WW app says as one slice of their bread is one point, but have two slices and it is three points.

Still not too shabby! Especially when you have 42 “flex points” to add onto your week, and when I am eating less carbs, fats and sugars, I tend to feel my wine after a glass or two.

So, on the weekend, have a bottle of wine, sit back and enjoy life!

Hooray for Weight Watcher’s Smart Points!!
