I buy the canned pillsbury cinnamon rolls that are already pre made and you just cook. But everytime I follow the directions, when its done the bottom of the cinnamon rolls always burn and I don’t know why or how to fix it.

Sounds like you’re rack is too close to the bottom of the oven and the heating element there. If it’s not more towards the middle than the bottom, raise it.

If that isn’t it: over-heat the oven by 25 deg. when you pre-heat it. Turn it to the proper temp when you put the rolls in to bake (it won’t flip on for a while) and then turn the oven off when it’s half done, leaving the rolls in there to finish up. It may take a little longer than usual and if you crack that door to mess with them, you will lose your heat, so look through the glass. You will have to do it a time or two to get it perfect.

Mmm, the orange flavored ones are my favorite! I always undercook them for a couple minutes, because I like them still a bit doughy. Try turning off the oven when there’s a few minutes left, and just let them sit in the rest of the time. I do that with quick bread loaves all the time.

Happens to me too. Just cook them about a minute less. If that doesn’t work, take out the pan when they are close to being done, and take a spatula and loosen them from the pan. Then finish cooking. That way they aren’t as stuck on the pan for the rest of the cooking time.
